Her happy place is home

A safe space to call her own

She resides there, deep inside

Not a house — a safety zone.

Her protection is her mind

When it’s fragile, there she’d hide

Now it’s power knows no bounds

Sane and stable, safe and sound.

Her happy place lies in her body

Weak and cold — shaky, shody

Longing for the day that came

She moves mountains — no more pain.

Happy places near and far

Can’t compare to who you are

Now you found your strength within

Home is where self-love begins.
