Time to pack up the bags and ditch 2018. Welcome, 2019!

I want to share some of my New Year’s resolutions with you. They are simple in theory, but complex in practice. Majority involve self love and self reflection. But the bottom line is that they are themed with small changes I want to make in order to keep happy, healthy, and well. Enjoy, and let me know if you share any similar resolutions of your own!

My New Year’s Resolutions:

  1. Laugh more often. Let it go and let it out! Laughter releases endorphins — sign me up!
  2. Practice self love. Everyday. Easier said than done — but so worth it!
  3. Give more readily. Protect my heart, but share the love, wealth, and kindness — pay it forward.
  4. Hold my head high and let that confidence shine. I am worth it!

Simple, sound advice my 2018 self will be giving to my 2019 self. Happy New Year!
