Open your door

Let me into your red house

Where it’s Autumn

Crisp and cool

For me and you.

Basking in the sunroom

Make room for me next to you

You hold me in your arms

Tightly bound.

Blue days from the past

Used to mask

The love I had —

It shows now.

And I will stay in September,

Through November and December

If you keep my in your arms

All night.
